A tailored movement session based on your movement goals, using the RYC® method; sustainable, safe and super-effective exercises to retrain core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to your body. 

  • Exploration into your movement patterns highlighting your movement blind spots to enable you to feel stronger, more mobile and deeply supported by your core from the inside out.

  • The first session will assess spinal mobility, breathing, core engagement + movement habits.

  • A follow-up video which includes corrective exercises and a home exercise plan for you to continue your practice.
