These 5-week courses break down the basics of the movements and exercises  in the comprehensive RYC™ 13 week method (, to help you retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, responsive, and supportive to your body. RYC™ has helped thousands round the world who have core issues such as pelvic pain, back pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, or those that feel disconnected from their core due to pregnancy, childbirth or menopause.

You will learn :

  • Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function

  • Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your pelvic floor

  • Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function

  • How to move well and exercise optimally.

Each week you will receive weekly video homework sessions of a short duration that can be easily slotted into your busy lives. 

In addition, you will be provided direct access to Shelley, who will make herself available for any questions that you have during and after the course, to help support you in your RYC™ journey. 

Mums + Bubs RYC™ courses are suitable for women 6-weeks post vaginal birth, 12-weeks post belly birth (caesarean) unless LMC or Doctor have given prior approval. 

General RYC™ are suitable for men and women. 

Pricing for Courses:

In-Home Studio*:

$280 for private session, 4 week course (1hr session)

$140 per person for 2 people, 4 week course (1hr session)

$95 per person for 3 or more people (1hr session), 4 week course

External Studio:

$120 for a 5 week course at external venues. Maximum 6-8 participants. For smaller numbers email for pricing.
